How can this be for real? - No one would give these items away for nothing?
A:

This is simply a form of online marketing. We earn a referral fee from the offers completed and this is used to purchase your free gifts. It's as simple as that!

What do you do with my information? Do you sell it?
A:

Absolutely not! Please see our Privacy Policy. We take the security of your personal information very seriously. You will never receive any form of spam from us, via any medium, and the details you provide to us will only be used for the purposes of identity verification and dispatching gifts. We will not pass on your details to any third parties other than for the purposes of ordering your chosen gifts.

Can I have an account on each KUDOS site?
A:

You are permitted ONE account on each KUDOS site, but only one. Having more than one account is against the T&C.

Q:
What is a referral?
A:

Once you have signed up and completed your offer you will be given a referral link - this is your own link to give out to people and when they join they will be permanently linked to you. After they have completed an offer they will then count as an "APPROVED referral". Once you have sufficient APPROVED referrals the order button will appear to allow you to enter verification for your chosen gift. Each gift is worth a different amount of APPROVED referrals. What is verification?
A:

"Verification" is the process of checking your account after you have placed an order to ensure that the Terms and Conditions of the site have been followed. Please read through the T&C and if you feel that you have made a mistake, please contact us via the support ticket system in the members area. The process of verification is not there to "catch" you out, it is an important part of the business model and ensures that we maintain good relationships with the advertisers we promote by only approving genuine users that have strictly adhered to the rules. This is also to protect all our users from system abuse while allowing us to continue providing free gifts within a user-friendly system.

What does the ordering process entail?
A:

When you have enough APPROVED referrals you will be able to place your order. The PLACE ORDER button will appear only when you have satisfied the requirements for your selected gift. After ordering the "next order" day will be displayed on the STATUS page banner. This is the day we will be processing and verifying your order (please see the question above - What is verification?). When this is complete the status of your order will be displayed in the banner on every page. If your order has passed verification it will be processed and dispatched within 2 working days. If you have ordered a bank transfer, Paypal transfer or Amazon voucher these will be dispatched instantly, with Amazon vouchers dispatching via email.

What's the best way to get referrals?
A:

Be creative. The easiest way to start is with friends and family (always being aware of the T&C), but you can also post in forums, chat rooms etc. Use your imagination!

Q:
Do the friends I refer have to complete an offer too?
A:

Yes, once a referral signs up under your link they will appear on your status page as a referral with a NOT COMPLETE status. Once they have completed an offer they will become an APPROVED referral. These are what you need towards your free gift.

Q:
I have completed an offer. Why hasn't it credited?
A:

Some offers can remain pending for up to 45 days, however this long wait is very unusual. If you have still not been credited after 2 working days please go to the Untracked Offer tab in the members area to begin the process of a manual credit. Most offers are automatically tracked, although one does occasionally get missed. This can be easily rectified. Please note that the ability to apply for an untracked credit is not available for every offer, and if available is not a guaranteed process. We will do our best though!

Q:
I want a gift that's not listed. Is this possible?
A:

Good news, we do custom orders. Go to the Custom Order tab in the members area to use our dynamic quotation system. If you are happy with the quote you can then submit the request for approval right from that page. If this is acceptable to us it will then be set up as a custom gift which you can order when you have sufficient APPROVED referrals. We will do our best to accommodate.

Q:
Can I complete the site more than once?
A:

You may. Once you have received your gift, we will reset your account and you may start all over again. Any unused referrals will be rolled over. The only referrals that are removed are the appropriate amount for the gift you have ordered, and any which may have broken the T&Cs during the verification stages.

Q:
Can I get a free gift without completing an offer myself?
A:

Absolutely! If you don't want to complete your own offer (or are unable to), you can opt to swap 3 (three) APPROVED referrals in exchange for a manual credit. If you would like to take advantage of this please contact us via the support ticket system in the members area and we will arrange for this to happen. Manual credits are permanent so after you have received your first gift you won't have to exchange any further referrals. It's a one time requirement, the same as completing your own offer.

Q:
Why is my offer still pending?
A:

Pending offers normally take about 20 days to be approved by the advertiser. However sometimes they can take longer for various reasons. The process is automatic and we have no power to expedite this process. Please be patient. It will be updated automatically when the advertiser approves it at their end.

Q:
Can I refer people from other countries?
A:

Yes you can. We are currently open worldwide and have no limitations on who can join. Users can cross-refer between countries.

Q:
My account has been banned? Why is this?
A:

Accounts are banned or placed onhold if you have broken any of the rules laid out in the T&C. If you are affected by this and wish to find out more, or if you believe you have been placed onhold incorrectly please contact us via the SUPPORT page in the members area.

Are there any time limits?
A:

Short answer is no. We do not impose any sort of time limits on your account. You can take as much time as you like to fulfil the requirements to get your free gift.
